Welcome! I’m Coach Heather- a wife, homeschooling mama to three teenage boys, stepmom, and proud grandma.
I’ve walked through the struggles of dieting, perfectionism, hormone shifts, and the weariness of starting over "once again."
In 2021; I found lasting change through the Trim Healthy Mama lifestyle while losing weight, restoring my energy, and reclaiming the vibrant, grace-filled life God intended for me.
That transformation became the heartbeat of The Well-Planned Plate — a space where food, faith, and mindset come together to create a life that’s both nourished and intentional.
Today, as a Certified Trim Healthy Mama Coach; I help women in midlife create simple, sustainable habits that honor their bodies and their faith. My coaching is warm, spirit-led, and rooted in sisterhood — because you don’t have to do this alone. I am your biggest cheerleader.

Where It All Began
I know what it feels like to stand in front of the mirror and wonder if you’ll ever feel like “you” again.
I’ve been there-the overwhelm, the exhaustion, the shifting hormones, the weight that wouldn’t budge, and the discouraging cycle of starting over… again and again.
For years, I chased every diet trend out there. Low carb, keto, extreme restrictions, and other popular "diet" plans out only left me feeling more frustrated and defeated because they weren't sustainable. I walked through seasons of disordered eating, perfectionism, burnout, pregnancy weight gain, one bought of gestational diabetes, and then...the roller coaster of midlife hormones.
In April 2021, I committed fully to the Trim Healthy Mama plan and it changed everything. I began losing weight and inches, my energy returned, my sleep improved, and the brain fog began to lift. Most importantly, I began to see myself the way God sees me; not just as a number on the scale, but as a woman called to live fully alive.
That season taught me that a well-planned plate is more than balanced meals. It's the steady choices rooted in grace; that feed your body, mind, and spirit.

I love gardening, cooking, spending time with my fellas, and being outdoors in God’s creation.
Although born at the beach; I am a mountain lover.
I’m a recipe creator and I love making well-balanced plates that are colorful, nourishing, and delicious.
I believe coffee is best enjoyed on the deck in the early morning with a Bible and journal nearby.
One of my favorite parts of coaching? Hearing my clients say, “I never thought I could do this — but I am.”
